We provide next-day Molecular PCR Testing for SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19), Influenza A & B, Respiratory Syncytial Virus A & B, Metapneumovirus 1 & 2, Urinary Tract Infection, Respiratory Pathogen Panel, Sexually Transmitted Infections, and Vaginal Health for Nursing Homes, Clinics, etc. (Not for individual booking)
Cancellation Policy
All Deposits are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Over 30 miles and additional $2.00 per mile is added to the ending balance. Deposits can not be used for No-Call/ No-Show. If you No- Call/ No-Show, the 2nd appointment will require payment in full in order to move forward with appointment. Due to unforeseen circumstances *PLEASE ALLOW 15 MINUTES GRACE PERIOD BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME FOR PHLEBOTOMIST’S TO SHOW UP. *
